Clemson Free Clinic

The Clemson Free Clinic was established by concerned citizens and medical professionals to meet the needs of the medically underserved in Clemson, Central, Six Mile and Pendleton. The Clinic works together with several local providers and area volunteers to provide free care to eligible patients.

Foothills Community Health Care

Foothills Community Health Care provides a continuum of care for people of all ages, from newborn to the elderly. For those patients without traditional insurance, services are provided on a sliding fee scale based on the patient’s income and family size.

Specialty Health Support

Emerson Rose Heart Foundation

The mission of Emerson Rose is to change the future for those affected by congenital heart defects by providing support to families in need, advancing patient care and medical research and increasing awareness.

Hospice Care

Hospice of the Upstate

When there is no longer hope for a cure, Hospice provides families with a different kind of hope: Hope to maintain dignity, live to the fullest, be free from pain and spend valuable time with loved ones wherever they call home.

Hospice of the Foothills

Prisma Health Hospice of the Foothills is dedicated to providing medical, nursing and spiritual care, as well as emotional support, to patients and their families. We offer a variety of hospice and bereavement services to the residents of Oconee, Pickens, Anderson and Greenville counties.
