Parking Services

The City of Clemson offers year-round parking in the Keith Street Parking Deck, the Fendley Street Parking Deck, along College Avenue, and on Sloan Street.

On-Street Parking
Parking along College Ave. and Sloan St. is free but limited to 2 hours.

Metered Parking
Metered parking is available in the Keith Street parking deck and the first level of the Fendley Street parking deck. Rates for the parking decks are $1.00 per hour.

  There is a 3 hour maximum parking limit. Parking can also be purchased and/or extended using the Flowbird App.

Parking is FREE in the Decks after 5pm Monday through Friday, all day Saturday (provided Clemson University does not have a home football game), and all day Sunday.

No overnight parking is allowed in the decks or on College Ave. Cars left between 4:00am and 7:00am on any day will be subject to $120 fine. Cars left the night before a football game will be towed.

Leased Parking 
The City of Clemson also offers Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Leased Parking in the Keith Street Deck, Fendley Deck, and Sloan Street Lot.  (Please note that leased parking is not intended for residential use.)

These leases are done on an annual basis, and the rates are as follows:
Keith Street Deck: $40 per month - $480 annually
Fendley Street Deck: $40 per month - $480 annually
Sloan Street Lot: $30 per month - $360 annually

Leased Parking is currently on a wait list, and spaces do not turn over often, so please know that you may have to wait a year or more for a space.

Reserved Football Parking
Football Parking in the Keith Street and Fendley Street Decks is by permit only.

Passes can only be purchased by season, not by game. Rates are as follows: In-Town Resident: $150 per season Out of Town: $300 per season
